Reservations at The Bistro

Reservations for The Bistro can be made online and are taken between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, preferably on the half or quarter hour. We are only open Wednesdays and Thursdays each week during the semester.

Dear Faculty and Staff,

On behalf of the entire Culinary Arts Program, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your support of The Bistro this semester.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity you've provided our students to gain valuable real-world experience in a professional kitchen setting.

While we'll be closing The Bistro for the remainder of the semester, we're thrilled to announce that we'll be reopening our doors again in the Fall. We can't wait to continue serving up delicious meals and providing our students with the chance to hone their culinary skills.
