Job Description
Positions include cooks, food preparation, servers, and cashiers. Serving guest appetizing food efficiently is a must for all food staff. These positions have a high degree of customer interaction. Food and beverage staff will be serving food they have prepared as well as working on cash registers. They must maintain a friendly attitude while working quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- MUST be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous cash handling, or food and beverage handling experience.
- Good personal hygiene, appearance.
- Knowledge of proper food and beverage operations and etiquette.
- Ability to work with cash.
- Ability to work with guests in all areas, with a positive approach.
- Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection.
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Energy and enthusiasm for long days
- MUST submit a food safe certification upon hire.
