Days / Hours Sunday thru Saturday swing / graveyard

Job Description

• We provide on the job training, and we will help you work towards obtaining required licenses.
• Once licensed, you will work to secure the release of individuals in custody and assist them through the criminal justice process.
• 1 year of retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Bail License in California - Which requires you to be a resident of California for at least 2 years, have valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and clean background check.
• Must be willing to work any shift to support our 24-hour operations including: weekends, holidays, and graveyards.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone manner, and in person customer service.
• Ability to deploy a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to escalate effectively with attention to details.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to generate sales and achieve sales goals
• Handle incoming and outbound calls and inquiries to secure clients’ release
• Administer bond paperwork following set procedures.
• Travel to jails and or courthouse up to 145 miles, to process bail bonds in potential adverse weather conditions. Company vehicle is provided.
• Perform postings and inter-office services promptly and with diligence.
• Assist corporate office and other departments with all requests.
• High school degree or equivalent.
