Job Description
Maintenance of employee records and personnel documents
Recruiting new employees
Updating job descriptions
Intake processing and pre-hire screening including fingerprint and background checks and coordinating health screenings such as TB tests and Hep B screening
Answering benefit questions and handling personnel related issues
Requirements
Previous Human Resources experience and/or education
Knowledge of Federal HR guidelines is extremely helpful
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Pre-employment Drug Screen and Livescan background check
Position is subject to healthcare worker covid vaccine mandate
Full-time, day shift position working Monday through Friday
