Days / Hours Monday thru Friday 7-330
Job Description
This includes processing payroll deductions, benefits, and various payroll correspondence for all employee classes. (hourly, exempt, piece work).This job class requires proficient knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
Perform mathematical calculations accurately and rapidly.
Assemble, organize, and analyze data in an effective and useful manner.
Maintenance of employee records and personnel documents
Requirements
General payroll principles, laws, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Federal HR guidelines is extremely helpful
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
