Shasta College’s annual summer Vocal Institute, now in its 14th year, will culminate in a special concert of operatic scenes and arias, including excerpts from “Eugene Onegin” by Tschaikovsky, “The Barber of Seville” by Rossini, and “Acis and Galatea” by Handel, among other works. Capping the three-week course of intensive vocal and dramatic studies, the concert will take place in the Shasta College Theatre on Thursday, August 14, at 7:00 p.m.
