Campus Safety is sponsoring a free self-defense course led by our own self-defense expert, Hiroko Mori.  The class will focus on simple and effective techniques that men and women can use to deter a strong, determined attacker.  Hiroko will teach realistic and practical defensive methods for breaking free from an opponent while both standing and on the ground.  She provides a safe and supportive environment for learning and practicing these techniques.

The class will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2015, 4:00-6:00 p.m., in Room 1840 (Dance Room), and is open to all students and staff.  Pre-registration is not required.  It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.  You will be asked to sign a waiver form before entering the classroom.

If you have any questions please contact the Campus Safety Office at (530) 242-7910.
