Medical Benefits

To ensure the best coverage and lowest costs for you and your family, Shasta College partners with Shasta-Trinity Schools Insurance Group (STSIG). STSIG is self-funded for medical insurance and utilizes Anthem Blue Cross to administer the claims. Select a link below to access helpful information about your medical benefits!

Dental Benefits

To improve service and lower costs, Shasta College partners with Shasta-Trinity Schools Insurance Group (STSIG) to help manage Dental Benefits. STSIG is self-funded for medical insurance and utilizes Delta Dental to administer the claims. Refer to the link below to access helpful information about your dental benefits!

Vision Benefits

To improve service and lower costs, Shasta College partners with Shasta-Trinity Schools Insurance Group (STSIG) to help manage Vision Benefits. STSIG is self-funded for medical insurance and utilizes Vision Service Plans (VSP) to administer the claims. Refer to the link below for helpful information on your Vision Benefits!

Active and Fit is a program that provides discounted access to gym memberships through participating fitness centers.

Prestige Urgent Care

Prestige Urgent Care is a benefit that provides urgent care walk-in service and scheduled primary care visits.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance is provided to provide financial protection for employee beneficiary(ies) in the event of an employee death.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential resources including counseling and financial planning.

Maven Pregnancy Support

Maven Pregnancy Support provides free virtual care for pregnancy and postpartum support.

Pharmacy Benefits

Pharmacy Benefits are managed through Navitus Health Solutions to provide prescription medication coverage.

Teladoc Medical Experts

Teladoc Medical experts provide medical advice and guidance via virtual platforms.

Contigo Cancer Benefit

Contigo Cancer Benefits include in-person or virtual evaluations and recommended care plans for employees with a cancer diagnosis.

Kannact Health Coaching

Kannact Health Coaching provides one on one coaching sessions to help individuals improve their daily health.

American Fidelity

Shasta College also works with American Fidelity to offer additional voluntary benefits including Section 125 Plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability and Supplemental Insurances. Interested employees can review American Fidelity’s Summary of Benefits or schedule a meeting on American Fidelity’s Benefit Site.
