How to access wi-fi guides

Currently Enrolled Students – iPhones & iPads
- In the iPhone settings, choose the Wi-Fi category and look for the network named “Shasta College” under the “Networks” portion.
- Tap on the “Shasta College” network, a login page will automatically load, click “Start”
- Note: Do not choose the “Shasta College – Secure" network.
- Click the “Students / Faculty / Staff” button.
- Enter your portal username and password and click “Continue” If you do not have a Portal username yet, see the help section for “Guests and Visitors”
- The following are valid formats for your portal username:
- s.knights50@students.shastacollege.edu
- The following are valid formats for your portal username:
- Your iPhone will automatically finish connecting to the “Shasta College” network
- If you still are unable to connect, see the Common Wi-Fi Problems (PDF).
Currently Enrolled Students – Android
- In Android Settings->Connections->Wi-Fi, look for the network named “Shasta College” and connect.
- You’ll see it working to connect and will say “Sign in to the network” under the “Shasta College” Wi-Fi Network. Tap the “Sign in to network”.
- A sign in screen will open, tap the “Start” button.
- Choose the “Students / Faculty / Staff” tile.
- Enter your portal username and password and click “Continue” If you do not have a Portal username yet, see the help section for “Guests and Visitors”
- The following are valid formats for your portal username:
- s.knights50@students.shastacollege.edu
- The following are valid formats for your portal username:
- Your phone will automatically finish connecting to the “Shasta College” network
