William Anderson

William Anderson has served with Shasta College Campus Safety since 2016. Originally from Kingsburg, California, William began his career in law enforcement after graduating from the 128th Tulare-Kings County Intensive Police Academy and serving as a sworn officer with the Kingsburg Police Department.

In addition to his public safety background, William is also a proud Shasta College alumnus, earning an A.S.-T in Criminal Justice with honors in 2018. He went on to complete his B.A. in Criminal Justice from CSU San Bernardino in 2020.

William is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming campus environment. He values opportunities to connect with students, staff, and visitors and is known for his service-first approach to safety.
Outside of work, William enjoys collecting and restoring vintage cast iron pans and video game consoles. He also spends time fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors. His faith, family, and children remain his greatest priorities.
