Sara Holmes

Sara is the Special Projects and Grants Fiscal Analyst for Shasta College Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) division. She provides budget management for many of the grants that fund various EWD and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and activities.

Sara has lived in Redding for most of her life and graduated from Enterprise High School in 1990. She began her career at Shasta College in 2002 and worked primarily in Student Services programs where support services are provided for students facing economic and educational barriers. She also served as District Accounting Technician in the Shasta College Business Office and as Administrative Secretary for Enrollment Services. Sara is passionate about life-long learning, and in 2018 she received her MBA from Western Governor’s University.
