Rachelle (Chelle) Sugimoto

I have been teaching at Shasta College since 2012 and I love it here! I graduated from Fresno Pacific College with my BA in Mathematics, and earned my K-12 teaching credential. I taught almost six years of middle school until my oldest child was born. Three years later I went back to school for my Master's Degree from Fresno State University. Once I completed that, I started teaching part time at Reedley College in central California. After seven years there, I came to Shasta where I get to teach math full-time and be the advisor for Intervarsity Fellowship. I am married to a fishing guide and we have three beautiful daughters. We attend Valley Christian Fellowship Church.
