Debbie Bourne was born and raised in the Bay Area until 1972 when she married her husband, Doug, and moved to Redding. She had previously spent many summers at her mom's best friend's home, where they rode horses in the Shasta Lake area, and fell in love with the area growing up.

She introduced her husband to Redding and the Trinity's shortly after they met in 1968, and he fell in love with it too! He is now a Retired General Contractor, and she has been at Century 21 Hilltop in Redding for the last 30 years.
