Alexander Mangrum
Community Service Officer
Alexander Mangrum has been part of the Shasta College community since 2020 and joined Campus Safety in 2023. Based at the Tehama Campus, he plays a key role in maintaining a safe environment—keeping an eye out for hazards, potential fires, and even the occasional rattlesnake!
Known for his approachable nature, Alexander enjoys connecting with students and staff. His top safety tip? Stay alert—keep your eyes on your surroundings, not your phone.
Outside of work, Alexander loves spending time with friends, going camping, traveling when he can, and hanging out with his cat, Bud.
