Your guide to preparing for your appointment

If you need assistance with any of the following, view the below information needed for a successful appointment.

 

Please call (530) 242-7750, Option 4, or email ExtEdSS@shastacollege.edu and ask to have an appointment scheduled to complete your CCC Admissions Application.

Before your appointment, please make sure you are able to log in to your account. If you have not logged on to this CCC Apply website before, please create an account.

Please have your 2019 Form 1040 Tax Return (for the 2021/2022 application). If you are under the age of 24 you will also need your parents' copy.  If you were not required to file taxes in 2019 this is not necessary.

Before your appointment, please make sure you are able to log in to your account. If you have not logged on to the Federal Student Aid website before, please create an account.

Please have your 2019 Form 1040/Tax Return (for the 2021-2022 application) and your 2020 Form 1040/Tax Return (for the 2022-2023 application). If you are under the age of 24 you will also need your parents' copy. If you were not required to file taxes in 2019 (2021/2022) or 2020 (2022/2023) this is not necessary.

If you are under the age of 24, you will also need to have your parent create an account so they can e-sign your FAFSA. You will need to know the password and username for this account to complete the application if your parent is not with you.

Before your appointment, please make sure you are able to log into your Shasta Portal and MyShasta account.

Please make sure you have already completed the steps required to request a loan.

If you were unable to complete the Master Promissory Note, we can assist you during the appointment. However, everything else should be completed beforehand.
