Allied Health Programs Medical Assisting Certificate Program General Program Information
The Medical Assisting Program consists of two (2) semesters. Students will progress through the program as a cohort.

*Please Note: Medical Terminology can be taken at any time before or during the program. It is suggested during the students’ Clinical Practicum so that they are able to maintain fulltime status for financial aid purposes. If the student has previously taken Medical Terminology, they may consider choosing a course from the options listed for the General Studies: Health AS Degree.
