Maintaining Contact with Health Sciences

We here in the Health Sciences programs have found that the most reliable method of communication with persons in our programs, on our Wait Lists, or applicants to our programs is through email. Therefore, if you are in one of our programs, on one of our Wait Lists, or interested in any of our programs, please make sure that we have your current contact information -- especially email address -- by filling out our online Contact Information Change Form.

If you are currently on one of the Interest or Nursing Wait Lists and wish to have your name withdrawn, please notify us by submitting the Nursing Programs Wait List Withdrawal form.
