Your SLO Co-Coordinators and the SLO Committee have been working to streamline the SLO assessment submission process and to make it as simple and efficient as possible.

What: Spring 2024 SLO Assessment Reporting
When/Due Date: June 7, 2024
How: Please use this link to report your SLO results for Spring 2024. This is your personal data dashboard, complete with sections and SLOs! All Full-time faculty are required to report at least one SLO per section. Part-time faculty are not required to report but will be paid a $125 stipend if submitted by the deadline. No form to submit!

What: Fall 2023 SLO Assessment Reporting
When/Due Date: January 8, 2024
How: Please report your Fall 2023 SLO assessment results (one form per section) using the form found below: Select Link to Enter SLOs (must login to access the form)

Instructions

Allow your browser to access the online form by clicking “Allow” (if this is your first time)

  1. Select Course/SLO
  2. Enter information into all of the required fields
  3. Click Save
  4. Select the next SLO and repeat Steps 3 and 4
  5. Scroll to the right to see your data

What if I’m part-time?

Part-time faculty members are eligible to receive $125 per course per semester for completing SLO work. SLO submissions will be paid automatically, no need to submit any additional forms. If you have any questions about the assessment process in your department or area, please contact your area coordinator.
